> The Culinary Institute Baking Series
For the Baking enthusiast, the Culinary Institute at the University of Tennessee is offering a separate baking session over the Spring/Summer and a second session over the Fall. The instructor for the class will be Chef Heather Pennypacker, our newest addition to the Culinary Institute at the University of Tennessee. Chef Pennypacker was schooled at the Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts, has worked at Deerpark Restaurant at Biltmore Estates, managing all aspects of Pastry Department including desserts, breads, pastries, wedding cakes, specialty cakes, petits, cookies,etc. Additionally, Chef Pennypacker been featured in Southern Living, Grace Ormond, and Western North Carolina Magazines.
